Be sure to mix the yogurt well enough to make it a flavored yogurt. To make a meal out of the baby’s yogurt, one can add rice cereal or oatmeal to the mixture. Start by adding the cereal one teaspoon at a time. The mixture should not be too thick, since the baby could easily choke on it. It's also important for the baby to have already tried each of the ingredients so no allergic reactions occur.
